REFUND & RETURNS POLICY – HALTEQ

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, without stating any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Halteq within the withdrawal period and return the product within 14 days after such notification

2. Conditions for Withdrawal

During the withdrawal period, the consumer may only handle the product to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Returned products must:

  • be unused
  • be undamaged
  • be returned in the original packaging, where reasonably possible

If the product has been used, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary for inspection, Halteq reserves the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse the refund entirely, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Return Procedure

  1. The consumer must contact Halteq within the withdrawal period, stating the order number.
  2. After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days.
  3. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

The consumer is responsible for ensuring proper packaging and shipment of the return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are entirely borne by the consumer.
  • Halteq is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

  • the refund will be processed within 14 days
  • refunds are issued using the original payment method

The refund covers:

  • the product price
  • the standard outbound shipping cost (cheapest delivery option), where legally required

Any additional shipping costs chosen by the consumer are not refundable.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If the product is defective or incorrect upon delivery, the consumer must notify Halteq within a reasonable time.

In such cases, Halteq will provide a legally appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, at Halteq’s discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Exclusions

No additional exclusions apply beyond those permitted by mandatory consumer law.
